Additionally, updating and customizing the noise cancelling settings in the app can sometimes make a noticeable difference.

For the controls issue: Occasional touch control inaccuracy can be due to external factors like moisture, debris, or how the headphones are being touched. For the most accurate response, ensure the touch sensor area is clean and dry, and try using deliberate taps or swipes as shown in the user guide.
