I love the feature to minimize the sound. Cons: Not great for workouts which is one reason for my purchase. The sound is great but the material that covers the ear gets clammy.

Wear the headset on your ears properly.
Extend the slider to its full length before putting on the headset.
Put on the headset with the earpads fitting snugly over your ears.
Adjust the slider to a length where the headband touches the top of your head.
Adjust the orientation of the left and right units so that the earpads fit snugly all around your ears. If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect. My boyfriend has the earbuds, so figured I’d try the over ear ones. I bought this specifically for flights. I have sensitive ears & so pressure changes are really painful. I have to wear something to help adjust the pressure, so it also blocks alot of noise. These headphones have enough space so it's not smushing my ears. The sound cancellation is amazing. There is an equalizer app & such that you have to separately download. I debated between these, airpods max, & beats for awhile & I'm so glad I went with these.
