For an older but IT-wise individual, the instructions and accessories are somewhat confusing. Audio is great! Very expensive

They just slip right off:(. Very comfy and great sound, but not for those people that work out.

I've have the new gen airpods pro's and a fresh new pair of wf1000xm4 from sony as a replacement. After having all tried them all, these hand downs are my favorite and hard to put down once there on. Earbuds are cool when needed especially workingout but man these are just great for working from home and just lounging. Get them if you CAN!

I tried using earbuds watching my favorite television series and movies but they hurt my ears. I had been waiting for the Sony M5's to go on sale Black Friday 2023 and they did. I purchased the Sony - WH1000XM5 noise canceling headphones and the sound quality is fantastic, better than the M4's. I prefer the M5's case oppose to the M4's.
