I use it every where and great for travel. It is very stylish, comfortable, and the sound quality and noise cancelling are great. Battery life is great, Type C charging is a big plus, App for Android works 100% of the time, and have had not issues switching audio from a laptop, Desktop and phone! Noise canceling is great hear almost no plane noise, and the audio still sounds great. Placing a hand over the right ear will turn on ambient sound, thought that was lame but turns out to be very nice to have.

A bit pricey but I know that I'll run these into the ground before I replace them. The ANC doesn't seem to be as strong but it isn't very off putting. The app is pretty convenient and the music is just as crisp and clear as it always is with Sony. Too bad these aren't really meant to workout in so I'll have to go ahead and buy some earbuds. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product.

Music is much more satisfying when using this. But not just that, all media is. Favorite show or movie? Great. Something simple like YouTube or tiktok? Just wonderful. After reading reviews online i decided to pull the trigger and purchase the XM5 and they did not disappoint. The headphones were amazing at launch and with a software update or 2 they can only get better. The sound isolation is top notch, i could barely hear anything with nothing playing. When the music was super low I couldnt hear a thing. They're lighter than the XM4, but the carrying case is a bit bigger. If you're contemplating getting them. Just get them.

They’re very light and comfortable with great sound quality. Multi device connection is a welcome addition as well. The non folding design does mean a larger case footprint but the weight and comfort are a good tradeoff.

This model doesnt fold. This model also seems to be easier to mark with fingerprints and oils from skin contact. The sound quality is great as I expected and thete is an equalizer app witb presets and you can make customs. The XM4 came with a case that included cords and an airplane adapter. XM5 doesnt inclue the double prong airplane adapter. I still love these but unless XM6 makes some inprovements and take inspiration from thr XM4 I might sit that generation out! Oh yeah.. these give me sweaty ears! These are NOT for the gym or a rainy day. Disappointed in that becuae the ANC is aweaome. Id love ro run in thse but Im sure they woild ger moisture damage

I literally spent part of my flight sleeping comfortably without music playing because of how good the noise cancelling is. Can wear for hours with glasses and battery life is great.
