Touching the headset with sweaty hands, or using the headset in situations where the headset may get soaked in sweat may result in malfunction. They can still be used while doing light exercises. While we are glad that you like the sound quality and noise canceling function, we regret that the person on the other line can hear background noises when using the headphones for calls. Make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. Your voice will be heard from the headset through the headset’s left and right microphones (Sidetone function). In this case, ambient sounds or the sounds of the headset operation may be heard through the headset, but this is not a malfunction.

Noise cancellation doesn't transfer during telephone calls. Although it protects the headphones user from the surrounding noise, it does not apply to the receiver of the call: they will potentially hear background noise. For call quality, re-establish the connection between the headphones and your source device. Select HFP or HSP for the profile. You can also check the settings of the app that you are using for mic sensitivity if available.

We're delighted to hear you like the very good quality and most of the features of the headphones. It's unfortunate to know you feel that the bass is not sufficient. To ensure an optimal listening experience, downloading the Sony Headphones Connect app lets you adjust your bass levels and gives you sound quality presets. There is even an EQ in there—which can be customized to fine-tune your music to your liking. You can edit the volume of the CLEAR BASS. Increasing the CLEAR BASS setting value allows your headphones to reproduce dynamic deep bass without distortion, even at a high volume.

NOTE: When the audio source does not contain much bass sound, the bass sound may not be audible.
