    sounds quality is good but the noising canceling needs to be improved. it can not fully cancel noise. the weight is light, easy to wear.

    These headphones are comfortable and do an excellent job of cancelling out background noise and helping me concentrate at work. I also enjoy listening to music on them. I haven't pinned down everything... haven't used them in a zoom yet, but I really didn't buy them for that purpose, so cannot say for sure if the mic works well since I use them mainly to listen to music and block out noise around me.

    These are absolutely terrible. I don’t know what corporate boot the rest of the reviews are licking but these are the worst noise canceling headphones. I’ve got everything set up on the app to have them cancel out the most noise as possible but I can still hear the guy on the other side of the room smacking on chips, and I can even here the kids skate boarding two floors down, outside. Plus, the head band is not comfortable and hurts to wear for more than 20 mins. Returning these as fast as I humanly can.

    The headphones have really good noise cancellation, except one thing is, they’re not very comfortable. cause they slide around.

    Was not comfortable to wear. Unfortunately. My son really wanted them for Christmas. Had to return to my local Best Buy store. Return process was amazingly easy. We went with the Apple AirPods 4th generation. Hope my son likes these?!?!?

    Worst Headphones I Ever Owned

    I had Bose before this and thought I would upgrade. Moving to Sony was the worst mistake I made. It cannot do simple things and is constantly having issues. They over engineered with to a point basic needs are not met. Constantly pausing audio or starting audio without being prompted to. I even looked up and turned off all their fancy settings. Still issues. I would not buy Sony ever again.

    The top of my head hurts when I wear for around 15 minutes, even I adjust the headband.

We're always looking to make Sony better. With that being said, we'd love to help you and troubleshoot your problem and hopefully turn your experience around.

      There are different reasons why your ears may hurt when putting on or wearing headphones such as:

      Under certain environmental conditions, especially when the air is very dry, it is not uncommon to experience a slight static electricity discharge or mild shock when your body comes in contact with another object, in this case the ear buds touching your ear(s). The energy from this natural discharge is extremely small and was not generated by your product but rather a natural environmental occurrence. There is no safety issue with the product itself.
      You may be experiencing a symptom called listener fatigue. That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue. Note: Try lowering the volume or take a break from wearing them for a while.
      How long have you been wearing the headphones? The longer you wear headphones, the more your ears may hurt. Note: You may need to limit your headphone usage.

    Very flimsy design. TONS of reviews regarding the right ear piece breaking and Sony not standing behind the warranty. Funny though, they’ve now changed the design on the WM6. While Sony usually makes decent products, their customer support and lack of playing well outside of their ecosystem is completely frustrating. I will probably never buy another Sony product and wish I had gone Apple or Bose, instead
