Regarding your comments on noise cancelling: The WH-1000XM5 uses advanced noise cancelling technology to minimize background sounds, but the effectiveness can vary depending on your environment and how the headphones are worn. If the noise cancelling seems weaker than expected, making sure the headphones fit securely and checking for firmware updates through the Sony | Headphones Connect app may help enhance performance. Additionally, updating and customizing the noise cancelling settings in the app can sometimes make a noticeable difference.
For the controls issue: Occasional touch control inaccuracy can be due to external factors like moisture, debris, or how the headphones are being touched. For the most accurate response, ensure the touch sensor area is clean and dry, and try using deliberate taps or swipes as shown in the user guide. If issues persist, restarting your headphones or resetting settings through the Headphones Connect app may improve responsiveness.

That being said I love them. Came from the MX3's and these are so much higher quality. No squeaks from the frame. Noise cancelling is much better thann the 3's and so is the over all sound quality. So far I love them.

He got these after wanting to purchase them for 6 months. He was extremely excited to wear these and I didn’t understand why. He is smiling more I’ve noticed especially when I talk to him about work of even more when it’s cleaning day for me. He seems very satisfied with his experience.

The equalizer makes fine tuning your preference in sound is amazing. One tap connecting works perfectly, and you can connect with 2 devices at once.

I do not regret my decision at all. These are hands down best headsets i ever owned. The noise canceling down to the sleek design is superior.

Worth the price tag!

The noise cancelling is great, and I love that I’m able to connect to 2 devices via Bluetooth simultaneously. Not the best for workouts, they tend to slide off my head but it’s manageable.
