I returned them because I also ordered at the same time a pair of M&D headphones at $600.00. Being a bit of a snob I kept the M&D headphones instead. I've regretted it ever since.

Love them and even use them for the gym. They are not sweat resistant, but as long as you wipe them down and not do a crazy sweating workout you’ll be fine. Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.with the time I had with these headphones I can say that they are a really good pair of headphones in terms of noise cancellation and amazing sound quality, however this product does have its fair share of drawbacks. The material that it is made out of makes it easy to break, although I have not broke my pair of headphones, there has been a design flaw that I have unfortunately come across. The design flaw are the hinges that connect the headband to the headphone cups and they tend to break easily without any external factors that caused it to break. I have researched about this problem on the internet, and this is a common issue that has not yet been resolved. There are numerous complaints about these headphones and their poor durability. I only had them for about 6 months, I put them on and then all of a sudden they are broken. I am actively trying to get them replaced, fixed, or refunded because this is not any of my fault rather Sony's fault and they are being difficult. If you are having the same issue file a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and explain the situation. If you took the time to read this, please reconsider buying this headphone there are plenty of other options available, thank you!

Only thing I would like is more bass but that doesn't mean these are bad. I really like the feel of quality and hard shell case definitely a good product.

Over all, the sound quality and connectivity was amazing. I would recommend if using to the gym, having a walk, etc. Don’t have the volume to high people could hear what you're listening too.

You may be experiencing a symptom called listener fatigue. That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue.
Note: Try lowering the volume or take a break from wearing them for a while.
How long have you been wearing the headphones? The longer you wear headphones, the more your ears may hurt.
Note: You may need to limit your headphone usage.
