The touch controls are amazing and you put your hand on top of the right ear cup and it lowers the volume and noise cancelling so you can talk without removing them. These absolutely crush both of those headsets. They arent as good as my Sennheiser 600S but these have the best noise cancellation of the three compared headsets.

When you pair the headphones using the Bluetooth settings of the connecting device, select the headphones model name without the LE- prefix. If you only see the headphones model name with LE- prefix, wait for a few seconds until the model name without prefix LE- is displayed.
To ensure you get the best Bluetooth connection, please set the headphones Bluetooth Connection Mode to “Priority on stable connection” (via Sony Headphones Connect app) and see if it resolves the problem. Also, please make sure that your headphones are running on the latest firmware version.
