For the automatic turn off when taking the headphones off, please check our Sony Headphones Connect app and turn on Automatic Power Off feature of the headphones. This will turn off the headphones automatically if not worn for a certain amount of time thus saving battery life.

1- Set the "automatic power off function" to [Do not turn off] on the [system] tab of the Sony Sound Connect app.
2-Make sure the battery is always fully charged
3- Update the software
4- Wear the headset so that your ears are fully inside the earpads so that the wearing detection works properly.
