Headband Discomfort, but Great Audio

The headband on the XM4 was so much more comfortable on the top of your head. The XM5 will cause pressure/discomfort after 30 minutes of using it. Everything else is great.

Thank you for the review. Extend the slider to its full length before putting on the headset and then adjust the slider to a length where the headband touches the top of your head. Adjust the orientation of the left and right units so that the earpads fit snugly all around your ears.

Cheaply Made and Broke Fast - Do not Buy

Randomly broke on this super cheap and thin plastic piece that connects one ear to the band when I was laying down, didn't even drop them or anything. Do not recommend to purchase unless you buy the warranty. For such expensive headphones you'd think the hinges would be made of metal. I would not recommend to buy them when they're so expensive. Best buy could not do anything to help.
