Great for the gym

I narrowed my decision down to the Airpods Max and these. I only use these for the gym and have no complaints. The ANC feature is the greatest thing ever created. I use it while squatting, bench, and deadlifts. Has never fallen off of my head. Can’t complain about anything. Also, I know it’s not meant to get wet. Looking to see how the swea will impact the headphones in the future.

Foam is very soft, sony’s sound is always great. Double tap functions so you can hear who you talking to or around you. I think apart from the sound quality, the design is a nice form and not too bulky. As soon as I put them on the first time, the first thing was the bass response. Puts any in-ear headphones with active noise canceling to shame, which it should as the form factor would be wasted if this were not true. Even the passive noise canceling with the headphones off is enjoyable and requires no battery. The presence of a 3.5 mm headphone jack is also greatly appreciated and nice to use, for example, in a setting such as a flight that might have a monitor with no Bluetooth connectivity. The Bluetooth range is also substantial - I am able to leave my phone at another level of my house and walk around without connectivity issues.

Xm5s are better than i thought

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoy the color and the sound profile, i upgraded from xm3 and the noise cancelling is noticeably different. the added drivers help the sound be more clear and distinct. bass is stronger but not overwhelmingly so, i just don’t like the fold out method for the 5s, they fold outward looking and sit on my clavicle uncomfortably, i also worry about the hinges since i’ve seen a lot of people mention that, but so far so good. i probably will get the xm6s but the only thing holding me back is the colors. :)

Good battery life. Charges using USB-C cable. Much better than my old BeatsStudio Wireless or Powerbeats Pro (still best for work calls). So glad I took the leap of faith over Bose. Bose can claim top ANC but I'd rather have better sound with very good ANC and enjoy music and movies wearing a smile on the plane.

Great noise cancelation, the ambient noise is wonderful and they feel amazing to wear for long periods due to the vegan leather. I would highly recvomwnd execpt for thr fact that they have oittle to no sweat/water resistance so do be careful.
