If you feel like you are missing some bass or your music missing a bit of oomph, the Sony Headphones Connect app packs numerous audio presets curated by sound experts. This issue can sometimes be caused by the Bluetooth signal quality, especially when the headphones are set to prioritize audio quality over a stable connection, so we recommend opening the Sony | Headphones Connect app and changing the setting to "Priority on Stable Connection" in the Sound tab. If the issue persists, please try restarting your playback device (phone/laptop) or performing a simple reset of the headphones (instructions are in the help guide) to clear any temporary glitches.
