Having read your review regarding the low sound level, check the volume on the connected device as well as on the headphones. You may also play different song with different quality to further isolate the issue. High-quality songs will give you louder audio. From there, you can use the Sony sound connect app to adjust the sound to your liking. Make sure to update the firmware of the headphones by performing a software update. With the Sony Headphones Connect app, you can use the equalizer function to fine-tune the sound quality to your needs. For optimum fit and comfort, it is recommended to wear the headphones properly and adjust the headband depending on your head shape.
