Initial use of The noise-canceling and ambient sound features are great also. One small minor critique I have with the headphones is that they're not sweatproof or water-resistant. You think for the price, they would have at least some type of water resistance. But the sound quality is impressive.

But eventually moisture gets in and causes an annoying static. It can be fixed by removing the earcup and putting a silica packet inside, but that seems a little ridiculous for a pair of headphones as pricey as these. My first pair last about 8 months before this happened - my warranty replacement pair lasted about 2 weeks. From what I’ve read, this problem is rather common.

If you use the headset when the air is dry, you may experience discomfort due to static electricity accumulated on your body. This is not a malfunction of the headset. In the app, you can confirm that Adaptive Sound Control is OFF (as it can sometimes switch to Ambient Sound mode) and that the Ambient Sound Control setting is clearly set to Noise Cancelling in the "Sound" tab.
