It’s too close to call thought and you can’t go wrong with these. A little less base, but better sound overall and top notch noise cancelling.

Having read your review regarding the low sound level, check the volume on the connected device as well as on the headphones. You may also play different song with different quality to further isolate the issue. High-quality songs will give you louder audio. From there, you can use the Sony sound connect app to adjust the sound to your liking. Make sure to update the firmware of the headphones by performing a software update. Great sound, not good for working out

Wear the headset on your ears properly.
Extend the slider to its full length before putting on the headset.
Put on the headset with the earpads fitting snugly over your ears.
Adjust the slider to a length where the headband touches the top of your head.
Adjust the orientation of the left and right units so that the earpads fit snugly all around your ears. If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.
