Cushion is better, look is modern, touchpad is more responsive and the noise drowning is a touch better. Like I said, the M4s are louder and bass-punch you harder but sound is superb as usual.

Otherwise, the mic will be turned off and would need to drop off the call and disconnect from the other device.
