The XM5s are probably the best over the ear Bluetooth headphones you can get. While the audio quality is not quite as good as audiophile wired headphones, it is better than lots of similar competitors. You can tell the bass is slightly boosted, good clean mids and highs, overall the sound is excellent for what it is. Good battery life, it will easily last a whole day. The noise-canceling is amazing on these, a must have for any air travel. I have had these for six months so far, and they have held up well.

I love designs that look sleek and minimal like the Microsoft ones so it was a no brainer when the best anc headphones was redesigned in a similar manner. Sound quality is superb, clean and punchy bass, best for any type of listening. ANC is second to none, cant't wait to try it on a plane trip coming up. Comfort is the best. The earcups cushion are crazy nice and they don't clamp too hard or cause pain even after prolonged listening. The white one feels Abit light but in a very good way. It's almost like soft cardboard, with its own unique elegance

I heard a lot about this headphones being the better than the competition and even being best for some categories. So after many reviews and youtube videos I was convinced to buy it, and believe me they werent wrong. These are one of the best noice cancelling headphones I have used, the noice canceliing, the sound quality, the customization, all the features, they are so much better than most of the headphones. My friends tried them and they liked it so much that all of them bought these headphones. Truly one of the best headphones. Talking about the battery life they last me around 2 days or 1 full day on continuous use with noise cancellation on full to 75% volume. They are also super comfy if you put them on correctly and adjust the band correctly. I use them for 7-8 hours minimum and they are still comfy.

I purchased these for my daughter after my son got a pair. He had his for a year and spoke very highly of their quality, so I ordered a pair for her. Both kids love the headphones. I want a pair for myself now because they felt very comfortable on my ears, and the noise-cancelling feature is a must nowadays — especially if you want to block out the noise around you.

Best headphones for the commuter/traveler. Noise canceling and audio quality is decent. Battery lasts forever and supports fast charging. Not the best is you have a DAC and are into lossless audio but it works. They are very comfortable and even though they don’t fold like older models, and the case is bulky, in my opinion they are a great buy.

These are hands down the best ANC headphones on the market. The sound is great and the Noice Canceling is even better. The app interface is simple and easy to customize the way you want your headphones to sound and operate. I really like the speak-to-chat feature, whenever I need to talk to someone I just talk and the transparency mode turns on and quiets my music so it plays softly in the background. The only downside with it is if I’m humming a song that feature will turn off, however you can permanently turn this feature off in the app if you so choose. The heaphones are comfortable and I find it takes a very long session for my ears to get too hot. But even still the headphones are so comfortable I rarely have fatigue when wearing them. The thing most people don’t bring up is that it has a nice carrying case, the Airpods Max, which this product gets compred to, has almost no carrying case, and I appreciate these headphones having one. The Price tag is a lot, I will admit, when I first bought these headphones my bank account took a hit, that’s for sure. But now after using them for about 3 months, it’s safe to say this was 100% worth the purchase. If you’re unsure about buying these because of the price, wait for there to be a sale, there usually discounted fairly often. This is a must buy if you’re in the market for a new pair of headphones.

It has a great sounds, its comfortable, and the sound suppression is amazing, but its not water proof and the material isnt good for when you sweat even a little it gets temporary stains by the grease from youre hands after sweating but its pretty easy to clean, the battery life is amazing ive been using them for a week straight and its only at 80% from full charge.

The noise cancellation is incredible, completely shutting out background noise whether I’m working, traveling, or just relaxing. The sound quality is rich and immersive, with deep bass and crystal clear details. They are also super comfortable, lightweight and perfect for long listening sessions. Plus, the battery life is amazing, lasting over 30 hours on a single charge. Best Buy’s in-store experience was great, and I am so glad I picked these up. If you are thinking about getting them, just do it—you won’t regret it!

Originally, I had the XM2s forever then I passed them on to my son just so I could purchase the XM5s. A major upgrade! These headphones are super comfortable and fit over my big head with no issues. Secondly, the sound quality is incredible along with the Ambient mode. The acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) feels super high-end and provides a unique feel to the headphones even though it's made from recycled plastic. Microphones are great for calls while noise cancellation blocks out background noise well. Although they don't fold like previous iterations, they're lighter than previous versions. I picked them up around Christmas while they were on sale and they're a must-have!

Great headphones. I love the sound quality & how comfortable they are to wear (even when I have my glasses on!) The app is very cool to use and allows you to customize your listening experience which is super helpful. The battery is incredible. I only have to charge it for a little while and The only reason it’s 4 stars rather than 5 is because the volume doesn’t get as loud as I would like it to.

I bought the Sony WH-1000XM5 as a gift because I already have a pair and really love them. The sound quality is excellent, and they are very comfortable to wear. I can use mine for an entire work shift without any problems. They feel premium, sound great, and make a really nice gift. I have been a fan of Bose for many years and that goes for their noise reduction headphones as well. That is, I have been a fan up until now. After hearing the WH1000XM5's that has all changed. The sound quality and noise reduction of these headphones in a word "outstanding". The sound is smooth and clear with crisp highs, balanced mids and very solid bass response. You really have to hear them to believe them. The noise reduction is also the best I have ever experienced. The App is also very helpful when it comes to activating all the features these headphones provide. Another very important feature is they are light weight and comfort. I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. Check them out. A very solid product.

Sony always delivers when it comes to sound. However these are really good noise canceling once. I have been looking for new pair since my bose 700 gotten older and these are perfect. These are pretty comfortable and stylish too.

these headphones are great headphones but the fact that they don't fold makes them not to portable. they have great quality and also putting into consideration that other reviews say they break easy it might be better to get the more recent xm6 but these are still great for someone on a budget.

My son loves them! Super long battery life and charge quickly. He like the sound quality as well. He had originally purchased these to use with his computer when he was making music, but there was a lag since it is wireless. Other than that, they are awesome!
