The Best for Noise Cancellation and Call Quality

They considerably outperformed my Air Pod Max's, especially the microphone. I was surprised, that the microphone quality is also considerably better than my Air Pod Pro 2's. It is very nice to be able to adjust the level of transparency. Their sound quality for music is good, but not really better than the Air Pod Pro 2's (if you fully configure them). Without question, Air Pod Max's sound better if music is your main focus.

Only drawback is if you’re an IPhone User the connectivity isn’t as flawless as with other Apple devices, but that’s just Apple taking advantage of the lax US consumer protection laws

Was sweating a lot and experiencing ear pain no matter the settings in the app. Bought after market mesh ear pads and it helped but didn't eliminate 100%.

The mid range and bass pickups are great The sound quality overall is of good quality, especially in the real world. Having read your review regarding the low sound level, check the volume on the connected device as well as on the headphones. You may also play different song with different quality to further isolate the issue. High-quality songs will give you louder audio. From there, you can use the Sony sound connect app to adjust the sound to your liking. Make sure to update the firmware of the headphones by performing a software update. If the issue persists, please try restarting your playback device (phone/laptop) or performing a simple reset of the headphones (instructions are in the help guide) to clear any temporary glitches.

I enjoyed wearing them during intercontinental fligts and they proved to be very helpful. My only concern is after using them for 2 hours at 34-36F they lost connectivity with my phone couple of times and they shut down without reason. After powering them again, I checked their battery status and it was saying they are full. That is the only thing I found a bit strange, but it may make sense after 2 hours operating at low temps.
