I was gifted these headphones and initially thought to return due to the price. We went to Best Buy looked at others, spoke to staff and I decided to keep and try them. Comfy with great build and sound quality!

I like that there is an app to get the most out of the headphones and you have a lot of options for customization of your sound. I was on the fence between these and the AirPod Max but I’m glad I got these! These are also able to be controlled by the touch sensors on the outside of the earphone, which is a cool option.

I have only one problem, the battery is crap compared to the 1000XMS. They do last all day but the older model lasted for 2-3 days. I know more electronics but that's a pretty steep drop-off.
