For the noise canceling issue, please ensure the headphones are worn properly, as an improper fit can significantly affect the noise canceling performance. You can also try adjusting the settings using the Sony | Headphones Connect app. Make sure the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off and manually set the Noise Canceling function to its maximum level. If the issue persists, you might want to reset or initialize the headphones to see if that resolves the problem. Regarding the volume not being loud enough, it might be helpful to check the volume settings on both the headphones and the connected device. Additionally, ensure that any volume limiting features on your device are disabled.

Hi Bubby, We're glad that you like the comfort and volume swipe of your headphones. You can enable/disable Speak-to-Chat feature using the Headphones Connect app. You can also change the sensitivity of the automatic audio detection, and change the time until the Speak-to-Chat mode ends. In the factory settings, the time until the mode ends is set to about 15 seconds.
