Thank you for your time writing this review. While we are glad you like the amazing sound quality and noise canceling features of the WH1000XM5, we're sorry to hear that headphones is falling off your head while working out. Here are few tips to prevent these kind of issues:
Wear the headset on your ears properly.
Extend the slider to its full length before putting on the headset.
Put on the headset with the earpads fitting snugly over your ears.
Adjust the slider to a length where the headband touches the top of your head.
Adjust the orientation of the left and right units so that the earpads fit snugly all around your ears. If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect. For the noise canceling issue, please ensure the headphones are worn properly, as an improper fit can significantly affect the noise canceling performance. You can also try adjusting the settings using the Sony | Headphones Connect app. Make sure the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off and manually set the Noise Canceling function to its maximum level. If the issue persists, you might want to reset or initialize the headphones to see if that resolves the problem. Regarding the headband comfort, you might find it helpful to ensure that you are wearing the headphones correctly. Adjusting the sliders so that the headband touches softly on the top of your head can improve comfort.

For the sound quality, you can try adjusting the sound quality mode using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. There are two modes available: "Priority on sound quality" and "Priority on stable connection." Switching to "Priority on sound quality" might enhance your listening experience.
