Not a trustworthy warranty

The headphones began to power of on their own. After updates and any additional attempts from SONY, they sent me a new pair. After about 90 days again, the headphones began powering off on their own. After the same problem again, SONY’S resolution was to send me another pair at a discounted price of $200. So, I’ve had 2 faulty devices with the same problem and now SONY acts like they are helping me out by expecting me to pay $600 for a pair of headphones. Their customer service is horrible with no one in a leadership role to help

Cheaply Made and Broke Fast - Do not Buy

Randomly broke on this super cheap and thin plastic piece that connects one ear to the band when I was laying down, didn't even drop them or anything. Do not recommend to purchase unless you buy the warranty. For such expensive headphones you'd think the hinges would be made of metal. I would not recommend to buy them when they're so expensive. Best buy could not do anything to help.

The WH-1000XM5 are beautifully finished in newly developed soft fit leather. This material fits snugly around the head with less pressure on the ears while keeping out external sounds. You may try adjusting the headband slider so that they cover your ears and have more personalized comfort. For more details, please refer to the following link:
