The noise cancelling is noticeably better, and the sound stage is also noticeably improved. I love bass and these headphones deliver. I skipped the XM5 because they didn't fold, and I'm glad these ones fold. The new carrying case is great too. Why didn't they do that sooner? Yes they're pricey, but if you like nice things and can afford to buy them, these are a great purchase.

Great Earphones. Earphones blew away.

Very comfortable. I used when riding my CanAm Spyder motorcycle with other bikers with loud pipes. Options are to use bluetooth or plug in earphones. Expensive but worth it - $499.00. I lost mine when a big gust of wind hit me. The earphones blew away and I could not find it anywhere. So I can not provide a picture. Maybe someone will find it in a hundred years.

The ANC is class leading (as good as the professionalized Bose A30s I fly airplanes with), the design is simple and unobtrusive, and the sound quality is acceptable for this category. However, they fall under the Bose QC Ultra in overall comfort and build, and the touch controls are finicky. Comfort was a huge disappointment here. I disliked the hard headband which made sleeping in long commercial flights bothersome, and the warm, rubbery ear-cups which centralize heat and sweat. If you value a great case, the best ANC, and superior sound - get these. If you value build quality and superior comfort, the Bose are your choice.

Good sound

The music sounds so good and the battery life is not too bad. I noticed a few days ago though, that some of my music that played well on it, are no longer working well. I did get a 2 year protection plan, so let's see how that goes in case I need their help.

We are, however, concerned to hear about the recent issue where some of your music is no longer playing well. This kind of audio skipping or intermittent sound can sometimes be related to Bluetooth connection quality settings, especially when transferring high-resolution audio.
We would like to help you resolve this right away so you don't need to use your protection plan for a minor issue. We recommend trying this quick fix in the Sony | Headphones Connect app:
Go to the Sound tab.
Find the setting for Bluetooth Connection Quality.
If it is currently set to Prioritize Sound Quality, please try changing it to Prioritize Stable Connection.
This simple change often resolves unexpected audio playback issues.
If this step does not fix the problem, please reach out to our support team directly at https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/support-contact?language=en_US&category=headphones. Our specialists can guide you through other troubleshooting steps, such as performing a software update or a full reset.

The Best All Around Wireless Headphone

I hate the price tag but others around this price really do not compare. The comfort without sacrificing sound quality. Bigger Framed Glasses do causes irritation after multiple hours (2+)

To address the pressure, try adjusting your glasses' arms to rest higher or lower on the ear padding, or gently stretch the headband over a few books overnight to slightly reduce the clamping force.

Supr lightweight and amazing sound

Still dont know if they are okay with sweat but havent had any problems so far. The noise cancelling is also amazing, i took it on a couple planes and it almost conpletely drowns out the engine noise. I cant even hear people having conversations right next to me. These headphones also have expcetional sony sound quality. They are just overall amazing.

Noise cancelling seems better, the new cafe feature is great and they feel like an overall firmer clamping pressure for better seal. Best feature is the ability to now fold them for better storage and transportation, though, they can be a bit difficult to make them fit in their case, a little extra room may have been nice.

They did meet up to my expectation, but the Sony this is where I wanna be the fit the sound the noise, cancellation and even the pauses for you remove the headphones. I am very satisfied. XM6 really good for me

Only some minor issues. It’s not as comfort as my Bose quietcomfort ultra. It would also be nice to be able to adjust the ambient sound level. Connect to multiple devices works well, but I am still looking for the options not to start music when connected to my iPhone. That’s kind of annoying. Nothing is perfect but it’s very very nice.

Worth the Upgrade!

A lot more comfortable I’d say the case is a lot better as the headphones fold. Best noise cancelation on any by far. I’d say it’s better than the AirPods Max.
