Very good ANC Headphones

I researched, I hemmed and hawed. I went in and tested. But, am I glad I got these. They sound great, the app makes customization relatively easy. Do yourselves the favor for a great audio experience and pick these up if you are in the market.

great battery + sound, some manufacture defects

Used it for 5 days without needing to charge. The noise cancel seems to be the same as the xm5 didn't notice much of a difference. The headphones can rotate so the cuffs are pointing in which is better than the xm5 because there were times when it would accidentally start tapping and playing a song or whatever. I like how they still give the option to use a jack if wired is your thing or you can't charge it but want to still use them. The issue's I've had seem to be more from the manufacturing. I had to return it after a week because the headphones had a consistent crackling sound and when I checked online I saw this was a common issue. The second pair i got I hear white noise occasionally which I was told are the microphones adjusting for noise cancelling. My second set also had issues with the different NC levels with the left side letting in more noise than the right. I've heard it's due to possible dust and debris which Is weird because I've only had this second pair for a week and kept it in the case. Might have to return this one too as I can't seem to fix the NC leaking on the left ear.

For the white noise and noise-canceling issues, here are a few things we can try.
1. Restart your headphones.
2. Reset the headphones to factory settings. You can find the steps here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2984/v1/en/contents/TP1001863305.html
3. Update the firmware: Make sure your headphones are running the latest firmware version through the Sony | Sound Connect app.
If none of those steps work and you're still having trouble, we strongly recommend you to contact our support team for assistance at https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/support-contact?language=en_US&category=headphones

The noise cancelation in the New whx6 are revolutionary. I feel like im in the tv show wearing these headphones. Watching movies got 10 times better do it for you. The EQ settings are really great for a customizable listening experience too! All in all well worth the money, I’m happy with my upgrade

It has increased my headphone usage, and has made the experience much more enjoyable. The fit across the head is comfortable and when bending over the headphones actually stay in place that is a big plus. Also when exercising and during vigorous workouts there is little to no movement of the headphones. Lastly most definitely not least the comfort of the ear cushions are phenomenal. I would recommend to others and purchase again if necessary.

Bass is incredible and Cinema mode is great!!

The Bass is solid and defenitly worth the price compared to the apple air pod max. Also can use the aux cord if you want which is another kind gesture from Sony
