Please open the Sony | Headphones Connect app and navigate to the Sound tab. Under the Bluetooth Connection Quality setting, please select "Priority on Stable Connection." This adjusts the data rate to prioritize a rock-solid link over maximizing sound quality, which usually eliminates interruptions.
