Great build quality and sound, not a bad first buy

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was my first major purchase of a high end headphones this should be a 4 1/2 starts, the build quality is amazing I do not regret my purchase. The only thing i have to say is that the noise cancelling is very noticeable when entering in to different environments with different active noises; where you will suddenly hear the back ground noise at a higher volume than expected. Also make sure you try on the headset before you buy if you have large or protruding ears to make sure its conformable for you, I am noticing that this may have been an issue for me after a hour or two of wear.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best headphones i have ever had. sound is amazing, noise canceling is great. the sony app os intuitive, easy to use, and great for cutomizing the headphone opperation. i will say, hand oils and hair oils show up pretty obviously on the darker colors. so maybe go with the lighter one if that matters to you. I still prefer the look of the blue though.

Absolute Dual Noise Cancellation

Worth it, but not to the point where its the only option !

Amazing sound blocking (for me that is XD)

XD sadly tho i had to return them since i wanted to use them on the pc but couldn't get them to connect to the elder one T^T

Fixed main issues with xm5s

A recessed power button, differentiates it from the ambient button, making it far less confusing. The biggest gripe i had with the XM5s is their battery life, which was all over the place, but these have solved it with being able to charge while being connected wirelessly! Fantastic

Noise Cancellation Exceptional

However, in my opinion, the whole package that you get from these headphones is unbeatable. If you can get these on sale, I would say that the other headphones can’t compete. I’ve used these on several flights and it’s even blocked out screaming babies. I recommend these to anyone who needs incredible noise canceling
