We’re sorry to hear the fit isn’t as comfortable as you’d hoped, especially compared to your previous Bose headphones. The WH-1000XM6 uses new, softer synthetic leather and padding designed to improve comfort and acoustic isolation. However, we know fit and comfort are very personal, and some users might find the headband or earcups a bit snug out of the box. The padding can soften a bit over time, but if you continue experiencing discomfort, adjustable sliders and rotating earcups may help you find a more relaxed fit. If it doesn’t improve, our support team is happy to assist with tips or explore options.

Regarding price, we understand your expectations. The WH-1000XM6 is packed with the latest audio processing, adaptive sound controls, and industry-leading noise cancellation, but we recognize value is more than features—it’s about your overall experience.
