However, we sincerely apologize that the shallow ear cups are causing discomfort by allowing your ear to touch the internal cloth. We recommend that users experiencing this comfort issue consider looking for thicker, custom-depth replacement ear pads from specialized third-party accessory makers, which often resolves the depth problem while maintaining the impressive ANC performance you enjoy.
