Since you use them while being active outdoors, we recommend regularly wiping down the ear pads with a soft, dry cloth to keep the materials in top condition after a long day of mowing.

We appreciate your feedback on the touch control sensitivity! While it is designed to make the controls highly responsive, it can occasionally lead to these accidental activations. One thing you can try is adjusting the touch panel sensitivity in the Sony | Sound Connect app. You can also temporarily disable the touch controls entirely within the app if you're in a particularly windy environment or on a bicycle ride, for example.
