From reading and watching reviews everybody was saying oh yeah it's wonderful. 1. Well, the earcup did not fit my ears couldn't get it comfortable fit nor could I get the upper part quit to fit. Oh, it would go on my head and my ears, but I had to keep wiggling them, couldn't get comfortable. Oh and they also became warm/Hot. 2. The app was not intuitive. I never could get them adjusted for sound the way I like to hear it. Very disappointed. 3. I returned them!

The sound is clear and the bass is strong without being overwhelming. Noise cancellation works great, especially in public places. The hinge system feels very strong and I have not encountered any creaking. With the XM5s if I turned my head the seal around my ears would loosen enough to where outside noise would leak in, with these XM6s I have no issues moving my head around. I preferred the XM4s base but these do quite well over all. There seems to be a clear separation of the lows, mids and highs.

As with both of tge other's, they each present " listening" from a different perspective. Not better or worse...just different. You have to choose the perspective that fitscyur taste.
