She like how the headphone controls work and the seamless integration with all her devices. Downside - because of how the headphones fold , they would not stay “square” on her head. They had a tendency to “twist” while she was wearing them which she found very annoying. Eventually returned & got Bose QV Ultra 2nd Fen.

It blocks off all sound and when needed, you can tap the headphones and hear so clearly. I actually amplifies the voices allowing you to hear people talking clearer than with out using them. If you are a frequent traveler then these will work wonders on the plaine/train

I tested Bose, Beats, and every other brand. But Sony has set the bar incredibly high with this model. A downgrade from the WH1000XM5s

However, the microphone quality has taken a huge nose-dive. Multiple people have reported that I sound like I'm deep underwater now. I'm not sure what's going on with them but never had any issue like this with the previous model. I never had to configure the previous one and I couldn't find any settings to improve the quality. Not everyone is going to use them for that so it might not be a deal-breaker for most and maybe it's something that can be addressed in later firmware, but right now if your intention is using these as a headset, look elsewhere. Another minor annoyance- one thing a lot of reviewers I've seen praise is how these fold unlike the WH1000XM5s- unfortunately I don't think this really adds anything to them and actually makes it a bit harder to put on!

The 10-band equalizer settings make these a step a above what is already great out of the box. The smart ambient noise option is nice too, especially when walking outside. The dual bluetooth device connection works great too! I’m impressed and would definitely recommend! This is an all around amazing pair of headphones.
