Great sound and feel

The noise cancellation is out of this world. The downside is these cause a lot of sweat on the ear cups due to the material and ears get hot. Hopefully they end up selling replacement ear cups that are breathe able and don’t effect the sound.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely incredible sound quality; I was not expecting a noticeable difference between the XM5 and XM6 in sound, nor the Bose Quiet Comfort, but it was immediate improvement in clarity on vocals for several tracks. While features like the Cinema mode don't really impress on music, it was certainly nice to watch a movie with, and latency was not a problem. The build quality feels significantly improved over previous Sony models and the carrying case with the magnetic clasp is also an improvement. The hardest pill to swallow on these is the price, but all other features and qualities considered, they feel justified.

Every problem that I thought I would have was not there. I thought the touch controls would be annoying, but it really is not intrusive at all. I thought some of the gestures would feel like a gimmick, but I find myself using them regularly. The build quality seems really good. The sound quality is phenomenal. But most importantly, the noise cancelling is genuinely insane. I have tested it in so many places including a crowded, loud arcade and I genuinely could not hear a thing. I love these headphones and they are definitely worth the purchase.

If you ask me wayyy better than AirPods but the mic on device it tends to be iffy at points during calls but I love the sound quality and the ability to modify the sound and the noise.

The sound is clear and the app is great for adjusting the sound to my ear. The noise cancelling works great, and the easy way to temporarily suspend the noise-cancellation to carry on a conversation is super. Very comfortable as well! The range for the wireless connection is also the best I have ever experienced.
