We are delighted you found the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to be second to none, as we constantly strive for industry-leading performance in that area. However, we sincerely regret that the earcup size caused discomfort due to pressure on the internal microphones. We take comfort issues seriously and will pass this specific note regarding larger ears and internal mic placement directly to our design and engineering teams for future product development.
