Amazing Features! Poor Comfort...

The noise cancellation and sound quality is amazing. I love how they seemlessly connect to 2 devices at the same time. It automatically switches to the device is playing audio. The problem I have with this product is comfort. The headband applies too much pressure on top of my head and around my ears. It gave me a headache about 30 minutes into a flight. I do have the old XM2 headphones and the XM2 is more comfortable than these XM6. I will be returning these.

Only thing I don’t like is the earcups. Not enough cushion and looks cheap, along with it not being able to get wet. Besides that I think the price should have been $100 less due to those

Sony - WH-1000XM6- Noise Canceling great

These headphones do exactly that. I am still getting used to the level of silence they produce, but I believe they do fulfill their purpose.

Extremely uncomfortable/ headband snapped.

The fact that they can fold again. Sososo good. The case is beautiful. They are however awful to wear. The earcups are teeny tiny, and have protrusions inside them that can actually touch your ear if you have larger ears. The foam on the earculs is extremely thin as well, which helps with heat but not with comfort. The main issue with comfort though is the top headband. It literally doesnt feel like it has foam in it at all, i couldnt wear these headphones for more than like five minutes without them actually hurting. I took them off once and the hadband snapped up. I was able to snap it back in place , which was crazy to me, but from them oj it made a creaking sound. I returned these and went back to my xm5. The sound quality and anc upgrade isnt worth nkt bejng able to wear them. My advice is to go into the store and try them on. Spend some time wearing them at the display. See if they hurt your head.

We understand that the small earcups, thin earcup foam, and particularly the discomfort from the headband made them unwearable for long-term use for you.
