The sound quality is great, and the noise cancelling tech works better than anything I've seen before. I also love how easy it is to switch b/w devices and all the other customization options you get with the app. The only downsides for me: 1. The volume adjustment increments on the touch pad are way to low. It feels like each swipe is only moving volume up or down 1% and it takes 30-40 swipes to go from 50% to max. Very frustrating, please fix! Or give us the option to adjust. 2. The headphones are very comfortable, but also get very hot since they don't breath at all. I guess this is a consequence of the the noise insulation required.

While the current design is for precise adjustments, you can increase or decrease the volume more quickly by swiping and holding your finger on the touch panel. This typically improves as they break in over time, but you may find relief by slightly extending the headband sliders. Great audio quality and noise cancellation

I like how you can connect it to audio devices at one time. So now I have it connected to my TV and my phone and it's super convenient. There are a lot of Sony oriented features with the app, haven't got to use very much of them but they seem convenient.
