We’re sorry to hear the fit isn’t as comfortable as you’d hoped, especially compared to your previous Bose headphones. The WH-1000XM6 uses new, softer synthetic leather and padding designed to improve comfort and acoustic isolation. However, we know fit and comfort are very personal, and some users might find the headband or earcups a bit snug out of the box. The padding can soften a bit over time, but if you continue experiencing discomfort, adjustable sliders and rotating earcups may help you find a more relaxed fit.
