We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience using the WH-CH520 for work calls. A "tinny" sound often occurs when the audio connection switches to the "Hands-Free" profile (HFP/HSP) to enable the microphone, which sacrifices listening quality for mic functionality. To improve this, please ensure your computer’s sound settings are set to use the "Headset" or "Hands-Free" profile for both the input (microphone) and output (speaker) during your calls. If you are still experiencing issues, performing a full reset on the headphones may also help restore optimal settings.
