They lift weights ,run and walk in them. They wear them out. Finally one of of the headset soft ear piece will come off.

This 520 noise canceling is awsome and the sound quality is crisp, the fit also seems to be more snug which is a plus for when I'm using it while I'm doing activities that require bending.

Once you walk out of range, or leave them some where, the headset will turn off automatically and the battery life will remain the same.

Only issue i have is they hurt my ears when i have my glasses one all together.

For connecting to a second device, we recommend first clearing the Bluetooth pairing list on your headphones and then placing them back into pairing mode by holding the power button until the indicator starts flashing.
From there, connect to the new device through its Bluetooth settings. This usually makes switching smoother and once paired, the headphones should reconnect more easily.
