    Good audio but complicated to set up. Difficult to transfer to a new device-pairing requires instructions. There are 2 apps needed to execute set up. There’s no indicator light to know when the unit is on or off. I wish that I checked reviews over brand rep.

    They broke of the the hinge literally has not even been a year. They have good battery life.

    Not toally impressed with the quality of the device as the lcharging lights stop showing barely 2weeks after purchase. Would have returned it but for the fact i was outside the country

    Purchased the headphones in April 2023 and they are no longer working in August 2023. They connect, but there is no sound coming from either earpiece.

    The worst part about this item is the app. Next to worthless, difficult to use what little is available. The headphones: not particularly comfortable. Sound is just ok. Disappointing for a Sony product.

    I think they look cute, but its SO ANNOYING you have to download the sony app to “turn on/turn off” the headphones its so annoying i barely have any space on my phone and having to download an extra app just to turn on the headphones p me off

Indeed, the app provides additional features and settings, such as updating the headset software, customizing the equalizer, and displaying battery charge levels.

      However, it's worth noting that basic operations such as turning the headphones on and off do not necessarily require the app. You can do this directly on the headphones by pressing and holding the power button for about two seconds until the indicator light flashes. The app is primarily used for optimizing and customizing your listening experience but is not required for essential functions.

      If storage space is a concern, you can feel free to uninstall the app after setting up and configuring your headphones according to your preferences. This way, you can save space on your device while still being able to perform basic operations with the onboard controls.
