I just got a pair of Sony WH-CH520 wireless headphones. For the price, I was pretty impressed. In the box you will find the headphones, a short 8-inch USB-A to USB-C connector cable, a very short set of instructions, and the warranty information. The first thing I did was pair them with my Samsung cell phone. It was a simple process. In my case, I already have the Sony headphone software on my phone for my earbuds so I didn’t have to load it, but that would be your next step. In the app, you can configure the headphones to sound the way you want them to. The software provides an equalizer as well as the ability to analyze your ear shape for the best possible sound. They support 360 Reality Audio, if that is something that you utilize. With the software, you can connect 2 pairs of Sony audio devices at the same time and they provide help via voice guided prompts. They also monitor your usage and where you use them. While they lack Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), they still sound very good. The ear cups fit snuggly over your ears and keep much of the external noise out. They have good bass sounds as well as good treble and mid-tones. While they don’t compare to the sounds of my Sony ANC Earbuds, I think they make great everyday headphones. The microphone works well and sound nice and clear on the other end. One of the best features of the headphones is their battery life. Fully charged, they are supposed to provide 53 hours of use. A 10-minute charge provides as long as 1.5 hours of use. Use them with your laptop, Android Smartphone or Apple iPhone and they will outlast the battery in your device. I highly recommend these headphones for those on a budget.

I love Sony but this one stopped working after a little over a month, and I can't even return it.

I have a number of Headphones in my collection, but many of them are large and/or bulky because of added features like noise cancelling etc. I was looking for light pair of Bluetooth headphones to walk around the home and property, simply for listening to music or making phone calls. In the warm humid summer weather we have here in Florida, full over-the-ear cups and wide cushioned head bands can get very hot and thus sweaty. After reading the specifications the Sony WH-CH520 wireless headphone seemed worthy of a try. These headphones are perfect for the business traveler. They do not take up a lot of space, but they are much better than earbuds when you have a long flight. Even though they are not noise cancelling, you can still zone out and fall asleep on a plane. The size and weight of these headphones do not take up much space if you are trying to travel light. Also, if anything were to happen to these headphones during travel, you wouldn't be too mad because of the price. Battery life is very good. Very light and comfortable. The sound quality and the bass was very good for headphones at this price point. If you want better audio quality then you will have to pay more. Making and receiving calls went smooth with no problems. The app is needed for the 360 reality audio feature. The setup for the 360 audio is a pain because it requires you to take a picture of your ears. The 360 feature wasn't very impressive when using with my Amazon music premium subscription. I was more happy using the app for the graphic equalizer to tweak the sound just the way I want it. These headphones have officially replaced my earbuds for business travel.

Was on markdown still over price for quality of head phones.

My kid won't take these things off. They are comfortable, reasonably sturdy, have great sound and connectivity. Sleek design, low-key profile on head and good quality for the price.

Lasted 20 days, will not charge or turn on. No way would I recommend purchasing these.

Bought them on sale thought it was a good deal. They worked okay for a month and then one side stopped working. Money in the garbage.

Had those for just over 2 month and the volume -minus button sticks not allowing them to power up. Can’t return. Sony blows! Used to be a reputable company.

When you hear high quality audio ,will be hearing noise.

My husband has used these very little in the 3 months he has had them. Now they won’t work at all. Junk.

Compared to a prior generation Sony headphones that I have which are similar, this WH-CH520 model is a slight upgrade. To me, the headset is very nice and light, ear pads are comfortable enough (though a bit more squeeze on my head than I'd like) and the sound is good for this class of headset. Sound quality is good. Not super deep bass and not noise cancelling of course, but for a nice extra set of headphones, they work very well. Super easy to setup and connect to my phone, laptop, and desktop computer. Microphone is so-so in my opinion. Made various test calls and recordings. Little bit choppy compared to home other higher-end earbuds and headsets. No storage case included, just a charge cable along with the headset in the box. At this price-point for a wireless headset though, it is still a decent value.

Did not work. Junk. Volume buttons hard to see. Spend more for a better Sonyproduct.

Obsessed! I needed new headphones that are good but don’t break the bank. These are my first Sony’s and won’t be my last. They’re cute, comfortable, neutral and the sound quality is actually so good! I use these for work as a recruiter so I’m always interviewing people and they hear me perfectly fine. My one minor is if you’re bumping over 70% people around you can hear but I’m never playing music that loud, so for me it’s not a deal breaker. Love that it comes with an app to mess with sound settings! Get them!
