When I am on the phone talking it randomly cuts off well disconnects. Outside of that they are loud and the battery last for days

We are really happy to hear that you’re enjoying the WH-CH520’s sound and everyday performance.
For connecting to a second device, we recommend first clearing the Bluetooth pairing list on your headphones and then placing them back into pairing mode by holding the power button until the indicator starts flashing.
From there, connect to the new device through its Bluetooth settings. This usually makes switching smoother and once paired, the headphones should reconnect more easily.

I got these on sale for 35 dollars so well worth it not as good as higher priced headphones but good quality and battery life is 50 hours.

They lift weights ,run and walk in them. They wear them out. Finally one of of the headset soft ear piece will come off.
