We really appreciate the feedback about the volume. To get a louder, fuller sound from your headphones, we highly recommend using the Sony | Sound Connect app. You can use the Equalizer settings to boost the volume levels and find a sound profile that hits a bit harder.

Not very loud, no base no noise reduction. You are paying for the name Sony and warranty. Good but that’s about it. Expected more for this price point. Not studio quality more, but not this.

The WHCH520 doesn't have a noise cancelling feature. I'd suggest going up a notch and check out the Sony WH-CH720N if you're looking for an excellent noise cancelling headphones. And for top notch, premium noise cancelling headphones, I'd recommend checking out the WH1000XM4 and WH1000XM5. Hope this helps!
