    Purchased these on sale. Great value for the price I paid. Would recommend to purchase. Bought 2 of these, one for myself and one for my college aged daughter.

    It’s ok I bought these as a back up to my air pods. I don’t like that the connection is not seamless when I want to use them. Once they are active and on they are mid. Price is low so that’s a plus

    No sound reduction. Everything else is fine except the most important part. Peoole say they can't hear me because og the background noise.

      We're here to help and would be happy to provide some troubleshooting steps to get this resolved.

      -For the pairing issue, try initializing your headphones.
      Turn off the headset and remove the USB Type-C cable. Press and hold the (power) button and (volume –) button for about 10 seconds or more. When the initializing is complete, the indicator (blue) flashes 4 times.

      -If the sound quality is still off, double-check that no other devices are interfering and make sure they’re not too far from your phone or computer when in use. Also, make sure any audio enhancements or EQ settings on your device are set properly.

      -Battery life can be affected by volume levels, the codec used, or even the age of the headphones. If you’re getting a lot less than the stated time, do a full charge (leave them plugged in for at least 3–4 hours) and see if that helps.

    I bought it for video calls on my computer. It cuts out often and for some reason I’m between calls the sound coming in will sometimes stop. They can hear me but I can’t hear them. The only resolution is to turn it off and back on. Battery life is really good. They are comfortable and light weight. I would rerun them but I past the return period. I thought it was 30 days but it is only 2 weeks.

    They’re good except with Nintendo Switch.

    It’s good. Works good with iPad and iPhones. Only thing is I’m having trouble with people hearing me when connected to my switch. I can hear them but they can’t hear me. Anyone have any idea what this issue might be?

    Sound quality is great, headphones themselves are very loose on your head and will move around with any sort of activity. Good for sitting down and listening

    I had an issue with starting this Headphone until I went online for instructions which were not provided with product upon delivery. However I now use it regulary whinn watching ball games.

    I have a hard time connecting these earphones to my IPhone. The Sony app doesn’t work and I wind up going to settings to connect. Other than that they work fine for what I paid.
