We're truly sorry to hear that your headphones are not charging. We're here to help and would be happy to provide some troubleshooting steps to get this resolved.

1. Try different charging cables and adapters, just in case it’s a cable issue.
2. Make sure the charging port on your headphones is clean and free from dust or lint.
3. Plug your headphones into a different USB port or wall outlet to rule out power source problems.
4. Try to perform a reset on the headphones. Connect the headset to an AC outlet and then press the (volume +) button and the (volume –) button simultaneously. The headset will be reset.
