Posted .Hi name, We are sorry to hear that the WHCH520 did not meet all of your expectations and had to be returned. The WHCH520 has an adjustable headband and swivel earcups to adjust the headphones to get a more comfort fit.

We're here to help and would be happy to provide some troubleshooting steps to get this resolved.
-For the pairing issue, try initializing your headphones.
Turn off the headset and remove the USB Type-C cable. Press and hold the (power) button and (volume –) button for about 10 seconds or more. When the initializing is complete, the indicator (blue) flashes 4 times.

-If the sound quality is still off, double-check that no other devices are interfering and make sure they’re not too far from your phone or computer when in use. Also, make sure any audio enhancements or EQ settings on your device are set properly.
-Battery life can be affected by volume levels, the codec used, or even the age of the headphones. If you’re getting a lot less than the stated time, do a full charge (leave them plugged in for at least 3–4 hours) and see if that helps.
