The only criticism is that the switches for functions are very hard to distinguish/find when the headphones are on the head. The on/off switch is very difficult to find and use; it requires prolonged pressure to activate.

Connection sometimes faulty

We are really happy to hear that you’re enjoying the WH-CH520’s sound and everyday performance.
For connecting to a second device, we recommend first clearing the Bluetooth pairing list on your headphones and then placing them back into pairing mode by holding the power button until the indicator starts flashing.
From there, connect to the new device through its Bluetooth settings. This usually makes switching smoother and once paired, the headphones should reconnect more easily.

Excellent Noise Cancellation

The noise cancellation is phenomenal: I am right now living next to a church with three services a day. I turn NC on and I no longer can hear the word of God. That's a wonderful thing, since I like silence sometimes. When I want sound with the headphones, it is very clear for online conversations.
