Tan TV headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These can only be used if I connect through my fire TV every time I want to use them but then no one else can hear the TV unless I disconnect them from the TV each time. I wanted them because I am hard of hearing so everyone else in the room can hear the TV at a normal volume

Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your WH-CH520 headphones and your Fire TV. It sounds like the headphones are staying connected to the TV even after you turn them off, which is preventing others from hearing the audio.
To fix this, you may need to manually disconnect the headphones from the Fire TV's Bluetooth settings after each use. A good tip is to go into the TV's Bluetooth menu and "Forget" the device. Then, reconnect them only when you need them. This should prevent the TV from automatically connecting to them every time.
