The WHCH520 doesn't have a noise cancelling feature. I'd suggest going up a notch and check out the Sony WH-CH720N if you're looking for an excellent noise cancelling headphones. And for top notch, premium noise cancelling headphones, I'd recommend checking out the WH1000XM4 and WH1000XM5. Hope this helps!

If you feel discomforts while wearing the headset, try extending the slider and adjust the orientation of the left and right units so that each earpad fits snugly over each part of your ear. If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort.
