||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I could give this a zero, I would, I believe that these were used not even refurbished because they were coming and somebody else’s name. I couldn’t clear that out. These didn’t last very long. They didn’t stay connected to the Bluetooth. I was connecting them to simply put I understand that a lot of people had really good reviews on these, which is why I purchased them, but my experience was not such. It was a very bad experience. I would never purchase a brand again. My granddaughter loves Bose and if I were to buy a headset in the future, that’s what I would purchase was a Bose and another thing the price that I got the Sony for were extremely cheap at the time on sale I think or clearance I can’t remember it was a year ago. I don’t believe I would’ve purchased some. Otherwise I wish I hadn’t because I wound up throwing them away and because they were storing information, I literally tore the wires off toward the ear pads right off cut the wire so that if somebody were to find them in the trash, they could never use them. I hope that this review helps and please understand this is an honest review. I did not even have these headphones for a month before I destroyed them and threw them away

Buy if you want the most basic setup meaning that you get a vol up and down and a very confusing middle button. the headphones will jump to car and when you press the button to bring it back to headphones it just has to many issues meaning you cannot just press the mid button like in past. No you have to hold it an unusual time in hope it shifts back to headphones. Hit or miss on that function. Mostly have been miss for me. I hold it turns off and I am not just accepting that it do not function as the higher phones I have used in the past have functioned. the previous versions of years ago was so much better. I told the world about the greatness of these back then...but now...I tell them it is the best of the extremally basic.

If your Bluetooth device supports the device operating function (compatible profile: AVRCP), the following operations are available. The available functions may vary depending on the Bluetooth device, so refer to the operating instructions supplied with the device.
Each button has the following function:
• Play (Middle button) - (play/call) / (power) / (Bluetooth)
- Play: Press once while paused.
- Pause: Press once during playback.
• – (Volume –) / (previous)
• +(volume +) / (next)
- Adjust the volume.
- Press and hold until you hear a notification sound to skip to the beginning of the previous track (or the current track during playback)/beginning of the next track. After releasing the button, press it repeatedly within 1 second to hear a notification sound and skip to the beginning of the previous/next track.
Note:
1. If the communication condition is poor, the Bluetooth device may react incorrectly to the operation on the headset.
2. The available functions may vary depending on the connected device, the music software, or app used. In some cases, it may operate differently or may not work even when the operations described above are performed.

These headphones did not work well for me while attending my online classes

I will have to download the instructions since I cannot use the Huble Telescope to read the instructions that came with the headphones. Which by the way were written by a lawyer. The packaging was fantastic, but that is a one-shot deal. For the money so far, I'm okay with the product, but yet to hear the quality.

Initially the sound was loud but gradually became lower in volume and will not change back. Average at best.
